Full marks for Removalist on the Run team. I hired them based on Google feedbacks and I wasn’t wrong. Starting with Gracie – booking process was straightforward with email confirmation so I was assured that there won’t be last minute dramas. On the day, the team turned up exactly at the agreed time (gave me a call 45 minutes prior with a time estimate as a heads up), I was offered a bigger truck as the one I had requested was stuck in the previous job. Ziad is the boss – he and his colleague were super efficient (I mean 110%) – I know I was paying by the hour, but the guys didn’t waste a single minute. Everything was properly packed (in moving blankets, clingwrap etc), loaded, moved and later unloaded and placed exactly where I wanted. No fuss or dramas, option to pay by cash or card – an added convenience. I would book you guys again without hesitation for my next move. Thanks!

Treating our treasured possessions and furniture as if they were their own, wrapped carefully with soft covers, sometimes added protection from cardboard and then shrink wrapped to ensure absolutely no damage to our precious possessions. They were meticulously packed into the truck; fully secured, checked and double checked before they took off to our new address. Once there, there careful, professional service continued, each piece painstakingly unloaded, carefully placed as we directed, unwrapped and immediately checked. Removalist on the run were on time , efficient, friendly and professional. At the drop off location I had to leave to organise some important paperwork. I explained to the removalist my mum would be at the property but has an acquired brain injury and speech issues. When they completed the job I still wasn’t back at the property they called to advise my mum had said keep the change and wanted to ensure this was ok. I have moved many times 25 plus these guys are definitely the best and that was right from my booking to the end of the job.

I had the medium truck and honestly thought as they were packing it that there was no way everything was going to fit.
